I am prepping for a class I am teaching next week. The topic is hormones. Did you know that everything you eat, drink, put on your body, are surrounded by effects your hormones? Everything!
Balancing hormones is key. There are ways to do this with natural hormone replacement, but my work deals with foods and self care that also do the job.
If you are dealing with cravings, hunger, adult acne, energy issues, sleep issues, PMS….. hormones are involved. Consider changing up your food to feel better. Whole real foods means more balanced hormones levels. More greens helps to strengthen the body and reduce acids. A more alkaline body means a better symphony of hormonal response.
So, eat plenty of produce, tons of greens, plant based unheated oils, water and plant based starch. Be good to your body and your hormones will respond.
