Increased Pain and Inflammation from Nightshades

If you have stiff joints, any kind of asthma, swollen knuckles…. consider eliminating nightshades from your daily intake and see if there are any improvements.

Most of the time, inflammation comes from a variety of sources. In other words, it might be that nightshades isn’t your only problem. It could also mean that your body is creating too much acid from dairy products or refined flour products. While this might be hard in the beginning to navigate, it could bring some incredible relief and clearing up of the mystery.

In my practice, I have found that the body reacts for a reason. While I hear a lot from the client about genetics and genes, usually it is behavioral and something that can be helped NOW.
