-Keep your knife sharpener with your knives.
-Keep bulbs of garlic along with a bowl of sea salt next to the stove.
-Throw away all non stick pans so you aren’t tempted to use them and replace with cast iron, clay or stainless steel.
-Keep nuts and seeds all together.
-Ripen bunches of bananas at a time and peel and freeze. A bag of frozen bananas should be a staple in your kitchen for smoothies and desserts.
-Have large cutting boards made of wood. Keep them in a place that is easy to get to. I pull mine out a few times a day.
-Have a bag of celery washed and ends cut in zip locks or green containers in the frig ready to go.
-Most spices are moldy, have been radiated or have toxic chemicals added for flavor enhancement. Make sure you have “single” ingredients like a bottle of “basil.” If you can find organic even better. Never buy “blends.”
-Have a ton of wooden spoons and spatulas at the ready.
-Replace vinegars with apple cider vinegar.
-Throw away all white salt and replace with sea salt.
-Keep containers that only have lids. Throw all mismatched pieces away.
-Review kitchen tools and throw away the things you never use. That is prime real estate they are taking up.

Keep tweaking over time. Edit often. Be brave enough to throw things out. Move things around so that the things you use daily are close to you. If you are attached to a certain food or a certain flavor, find a way to trade up and find the healthier alternative.
This lifestyle is not about deprivation, but abundance. Find the ones that are doing it and having what you want. Do what they do.
