Being the working mom that I am…there is never enough time! So, I saw this trick on Tannyraw and started doing it. LOVE making big cubes!
Then, I went a step further…
In my Vitamix (if you don’t have one yet we seriously need to talk), I blended up whole lemons, parsley and ginger, poured the mixture into these small muffin trays, but you can use any ice cube trays you love, and froze them over night. Then, I put them in a zip lock for easy use.
Voila! Now, my water is super hydrating, alkalizing and healing! It is a delicious drink.
