Along with the honey, there are so many other things that we are eating that aren’t “kosher.” Sure, they have been okayed by the Rabbis, but are blind to the original intent.
Now, walking through the kosher market in my town, I see aisle, after aisle of “un-kosher” foods. Of course, this is reflected in the face and bodies of the customers. It is all quite sad.
I have many orthodox clients coming through my office, sick, overweight and exhausted, eating refined, over processed products, fatty meats, jarred, boxed dead foods.
