Let’s Talk About Juice Cleansing

Mindful NutritionDid you do the watermelon fast? I want to connect with you and hear about your experiences. I know that the whole thing was a bit odd to some of you. Still, some took the leap and tried.  What we want to do was to jumpstart a conversation;

From the experience, did you feel lighter? Did you learn anything? How was your digestion, cravings, sleep, sex drive? Did anything shift? This juice fast might have shown you that fruit in the morning is refreshing. Some might have had stomach clearings, a feeling of lightness.

Continue to experiment with fruits and vegetables in this way. Have fruit in the morning, or a “mono” meal of one type fruit or vegetable. Play around with this new lighter way of eating and please share what you are learning!
