This is a quaint, 20 room seaside Inn with a picturesque view of the Chesapeake Bay.  It is a magical setting about an hour and half drive from Baltimore.

Rooms are first come first serve.  After the first 20 rooms are taken, you will be placed in another beautiful seaside Inn about a mile down the road.  Both locations are comfortable, well maintained and by the water.

$750 per two person room ($375 per person sharing a room): Includes room with queen sized bed, food, materials and instruction

Your Instructors 
Beth Graham is a yoga teacher and Nutrition Expert at NAVA Health and Vitality. She has been teaching in the Baltimore area for 18 years. The foundation of her teaching is in the Iyengar tradition. She has also completed Anusara and Power Yoga trainings. Yoga and Nutrition are Beth’s passions. A mindful approach learned through yoga, has taught her how to get off the diet roller coaster and to enjoy the goodness ofreal whole foods.

Ana Goldseker is the owner of Mindful Nutrition and Director of Nutrition at NAVA Health and Vitality.  Through awareness and education, she slowly takes her clients through a process of letting go of the foods and behaviors that no longer serve them.  Having weight and health issues herself, she has a unique take on wellness and how to help those that are seeking balance, weight loss and change in behaviors.
