Vegan Dill Tahini “Sauce”
Bunch of fresh dill
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup of vinegar (might need a but more, sample after chilled)
2 tbs. mustard
1/2 cup of Tahini (I buy it at Mom’s Organic Market, or Whole Foods.)
4 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup of water
Blend in Vitamix until creamy then place in glass jars. This will thicken over a few hours. Taste to decide if it needs either vinegar or water to thin it out.
What is really great about this recipe is that there is absolutely no oil and very little Tahini as it is diluted. Enjoy and stay warm!
