There is a reason why I am so intent on teaching how to care for your body. What is the alternative? Well, you could go down the path of medications and surgery. Both of those are incredible in emergencies, but most americans use that as “self care.” Feeling “entitled” to crazy refined foods and excesses, by definition, loops you into the medication/surgery cycle. You are just “expecting” someone else to pick up your pieces.
Be smarter… think…. everything that you put into your mouth (and on your body) has a reaction. Make sure you are in line with that. Be well…. be mindful…. change your food and your habits now so that you won’t have to medicate later.
