I think the number one way to lose weight, feel better, have energy, be economical and eat things that are “whole” is to be prepared. That’s it. Simple as that. Go to the market, wash and chop, put in containers and take your food for lunch. Prep dinner in the morning. Have great snacks at the ready. Have a bowl of fresh fruit out – always.
It is soooo hard to eat healthy, in Baltimore, “on the fly.” Sad, really. Hopefully, that will change one day. But, until it does, carry food with you! Get a cute little bag, great ice packs and containers with enough tops that fit.
