1) Be prepared.
2) Know what you are going to eat for the next meal.
3) Pack your food or your snacks.
4) Take a day to shop and chop and freeze.
5) All the education in the world doesn’t mean squat if you are starving and run into the 7/11.
6) Take care of yourself.
7) Put your food as the #1 priority. You are that important and you deserve that level of protection. Radical self care is where we MUST live.
