Busy Parents/Healthy Kids – Growing Celery at Home

Having trouble getting our child to eat greens? Feel like you or your family is disconnected from where our food comes from? Try this amazing experiment!

Cut off the bottoms of your celery and put them in water.  Wait a few weeks and watch it grow!  Studies show that our children will be more likely to eat vegetables if they are part of the growing process.  This goes the same for helping to make the food.

It’s so easy, and it is done with your scraps. No downside!!! And it is just a miracle to watch it grow!
