Can I shift the thought here a bit? Instead of doing it all on a Sunday, consider doing just a big chunk then, but expect to do about 10-15 minutes each day of cooking, chopping and washing or prepping. Not everyone has every Sunday free to do a huge chunk and if you miss that, the week is wasted.
Integrate and “expect” to take care of your food a bit more during the week to ensure that it goes smoothly. Don’t “leave” it all for a Sunday.
