Mindful Nutrition: Temptation

As far as giving into temptation…that is part of this process. The way to learn, grow and change is to be aware. As you are doing these things, keep your eyes open. Keep your senses open. Note how you feel.

Too often, when we “indulge” we close our eyes and just “go for it.” We just do it. And then after, rather than an analysis and deep thought, we distract ourselves by beating ourselves up and hating ourselves. This is a distraction and just not productive.

The way to the other side is only through self love and self acceptance.

Sending you all tons of love.
