Kids love to get aggression out with this salad chopper. Cut up some veggies and let them chop away while you are doing other things!

I use this chopper all the time and count it among one of my favorite kitchen gadget-y-poos!! Love it.

I make a whole container of chopped veggies to last about 5 days. Every night, I open a bag of fresh, washed greens, place them in a bowl and put a few handfuls of these chopped veggies on top. The leftovers are my lunch salad for the next day.

Totally saves a ton of time!!!!!

When making dinners, PLEASE don’t start to create a meal at 6pm, when you are exhausted, starving and cranky! Think of what you will do for dinner in the morning. START the prep then, so you have it in your mind. This salad can be done every night and you at least get some fresh greens in you and your kids’ bodies.

Just a few little things done in the morning will go far to help your afternoon crazies.
